Check out this awesome website called Tagxedo! For those of you familiar with Wordle, Tagxedo is very similar. Instead of arranging the words you choose in a random pattern, Tagxedo arranges the words in a shape that you choose! I created this Tagxedo using the words that appear on this blog page. Check it out... click on my image to go to Tagxedo.com and make your own!

Do You Believe in Your Students?
I love this video of Dalton Sherman, a 10-year-old 5th grader from Dallas, Texas. He's speaking to over 20,000 teachers! He's very inspirational... check it out!
Second Post!
Here's my second post! I'm still experimenting with all of the cool features on Blogger! I have to admit, although I am learning a lot, my mind is at the beach. The weather outside is beautiful!
I'm hoping to make a lot of fun memories this summer with my family and friends. Here's a picture of my boyfriend Matt and I at a Red Sox game in early June. We had a great time!

I also went to the Bruins Victory Parade last weekend. Here's a picture of the Stanley Cup as it was driving by us. My favorite part of the parade was singing Journey's "Don't Stop Believing" as black and gold confetti was raining down... with the Stanley cup right in front of us on a duck boat! There were over 1 million people in Boston that day. It was a little chaotic, but we had a wonderful time! Go Bruins!
Thanks for checking out my blog. I hope you also check out the other links I've shared here. I wish all of my students, colleagues, and their families a safe, happy, and memorable summer!
My First Blog Post
This is my first blog post! I am currently taking a great course for teachers called Web 2.0. This class is teaching many talented Mashpee educators how to bring more technology into the classroom. Even though summer just started, I'm really excited about bringing what I'm learning back to Room 102!
